Gstaad Kickboxing

Gstaad Kickboxing was founded in the year 2021 by Cüneyt Günes. It is located in Saanen in a Dojo in the Allmistrasse 1.

He created this Dojo with all of his heart and put lots of effort in it to create the perfect space to train martial arts.

Cüneyt Günes gives private and group classes in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, functional training and fitness boxing.

There are two different group classes, one for teenagers and adults and one for children between the age of 6 and 13. Cüneyt Günes offers the children kickboxing class for free for all the children from and around Saanen with working parents.

Gstaad kickboxing is a club affiliated with the Swiss Wako association and actively participates in tournaments.

Cüneyt Günes as the head coach of Gstaad kickboxing, supports you with fun, patients and power during your training and with all questions around your training and health.

Cuneyt Gunes was born in Istanbul on December 5, 1993. He was introduced to karate at the age of 6. After practicing karate for 1 year with Durmus Civelek, he participated in many different sport activities at school at a young age.

Later, during his high school years, he joined the kickboxing club of kickboxing World champions Sadık Oflu and Recep Genç.

He won the Istanbul championship six times and the Turkish championship in various Kickboxing championships and he won the first and second place in the Wako World Cup in the year 2015.

He founded the Bilgi University kickboxing club in the year 2013 and served as the head coach of boxing and kickboxing at the school where he was a student during his university years. They participated in the University championships as a team and won medals.

Later, he founded Passion Fit Box with his business partner in Istanbul, where he continued to give boxing, kickboxing and thaiboxing lessons.

In Turkey Cüneyt Günes trained around 1000 kickboxing student, some of them trained for fun and others participated in fights and won medals.

He teaches boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and fit boxing, as well as functional training.
